At Expo Design Group, we’re passionate professionals who all believe in one thing, trade show attendance should bring life to your brand, allowing your target audience to interact with your key values in real life.

our team

originally crossed paths while working in diverse sectors – fintech, freight, web3, entertainment and heavy industry.

Despite our background, we often shared a common observation: tradeshows often lack any inspiration and endless booths of similar sizes with similar banners and merchandise. (One of our team members even managed to collect over 1,000 individual lanyards and pens in one day!).

Next to this and more importantly, organisers and service providers charge extraordinarily high fees for basic and uninspiring services.

While our journeys began as individual contributors in our respective fields, we found ourselves continuously finding ways to breathe life into our event booths. As well as finding new and different supplies and vendors, which often charge significantly less than organiser-appointed suppliers. 

Our goal was simple yet ambitious:

 To make investments of time, money and attendance truly worthwhile. While managing our budgets for the largest impact.
The shared observations and passion led us to a key decision: to collaborate and bring together our knowledge and experiences to from Expo Design Group. Our business is the culmination of collective expertise in event planning, lead generation, marketing, business management and entrepreneurship.
